Focus is a combination of breath and movement at a peaceful pace designed to calm the central nervous system, decrease stress and improve flexibility. Resulting in a feeling of peace and balance.
Thoughtful meditation and music are interwoven into each individual class and props offered for comfort and stability.
Recommended for all levels.

Guiding you through a blend of meditation, breath work, stretching and postures this Kripalu Hatha style class is crafted to reach different parts of the body and mind. Emphasis on awareness of the breath and its power to deepen your practice. Relax, strengthen, balance. Appropriate for all levels.

Vinyasa Flow & Moon flow
Vinyasa Flow—if gentle yoga and power yoga had a baby this would be that class! Traditional vinyasa sequence with a focus on strength, flow and breath work. Classes are themed (could be a pose or mental aspect) and no two are exactly alike.
Moon Flow—all things moon! Starts with a moon sequence, which is yin and lateral based. We finish with restorative(cozy postures with blankets and pillows)and adjustments/massage. We discuss the moon placement, either setting intentions or letting go of energy, and pull moon cards. The perfect way to end the day, setting you up for a relaxing evening.
A perfect balance of Yin and Restorative yoga. Increase your mobility, flexibility, and circulation while enjoying in a restful and deep relaxation practice. In this class, you will melt the tension from your mind and body by slowing down your breath to help your body become heavy and your mind light, all while stretching the connective tissues. Postures are practiced seated on your yoga mat or lying down with soft mindful transitions into each pose. Using essential oils, breathing meditations, and an assortment of yoga props to help bring the ground up to you. Perfect for the beginner or advanced yogi.
Yoga -barre is an “exercise” class combining barre & yoga postures. This class isolates muscle groups, and moves energy , it’s with fun music, perfect for gaining strength and building muscle. It ends with a beautiful peaceful, quiet stretch
Soul Yoga Flow
This class is a slow yoga flow, working on balance, breathing, stretching, standing yoga poses, as well as poses on the mat, essential oil and props Deb incorporates her social work/life coaching background throughout class, offering thoughtful insights, thought provoking topics, and words of wisdom. Bringing together tools to find quiet, and create space for your mind, body, and soul
Rise, Flow & Go is a morning yoga flow bringing a little movement into a slow flow, using blocks, yoga strap, oils
Slow Flow with props
This class is a combination of standing poses and on the mat, using bolsters, blocks, straps, deep stretch , a little of everything to wind down the day
Slow Flow Deep Stretch
Class moves at a slower pace while taking the time to hold and explore poses for a little longer. Using the breath as the foundation of the class, this flow will lengthen and stretch muscles throughout the entire body. Gently linking the breath to movement helps to decrease stress levels, increase relaxation as well as improve flexibility and strength. Soothe the mind, body and soul by taking things slow, watching your breath and moving dynamically throughout class.

Rest and Restore
All poses are supported by blocks, bolsters and blankets for maximum comfort and relaxation. There are only a few poses to move through during this candle lit practice. You'll be guided by each while listening to soft music and crystal singing bowls being played. Optional hands off Reiki will also be included for those who would like it!
Gentle Yoga Flow Carol
This is a slower paced class, with mindful movements and gentle stretching to warm and strength the body. All levels are welcome.
This class is a slow pace flow. Focusing on alignment of poses and holding poses longer. We also focus on breath work and meditation.
Gentle flow is for all levels.
