"So grateful for your studio. I’m having a terrible work week.-Melanie N

"So grateful for your studio. I’m having a terrible work week. Been on with legal teams and HR nonstop. I had a meeting cancelled this afternoon, which allowed me an hour and a half of “me time.” I forgot I had signed up for Tianna’s 4:15 class and just as I stepped back from my computer, I got the reminder on my phone that class starts in 30 mins. I hopped in the car and raced to the studio. It was the hour I needed for myself today. ❤️"

"Yoga of Yarmouthport is my happy place" -Carol C

"Yoga of Yarmouthport is my happy place. Once I walk up the stairs and into the gorgeous space filled with love - just look at the art on the walls and the hundreds of heart-shaped rocks- I find peace knowing that I am doing  something good for myself.  Deb and her  yoga instructors are truly wonderful people. I have felt 100% comfortable at each and every visit.  Deb offers classes/workshops that are fun and there's something for everyone. I love it here!"

“As a new resident to the Cape, I was eager to find my new "yoga" home. What a delightful surprise to have found Yoga of Yarmouth Port. The owner Deb, has created a magical studio nestled in one of the old colonials in downtown Yarmouth Port. Deb's eye for detail (beautiful bolsters, aromatherapy, tea on a frigid evening) is incredibly inviting and makes you want to come back. Deb is friendly, funny and unassuming and her instructors are the same. Classes vary in style but all have a premise of being open to ALL people. I have tried many different classes and love that the instructors all bring their own special touch (sound bowls, special props, chocolates (!). I feel like I have given myself a huge hug every time I leave a class, something we can all use more of! Thank you Deb for creating and fostering a wonderful community!!”

"Yoga of Yarmouthport = Wellness, Love, Community, Compassion, Peace, Philanthropy, Fun, Friendship , Gratitude and Home

When I walked into Deb’s studio three years ago I was about to have surgery and I was looking for wellness. I knew yoga would prepare me for the surgery.  Little did I know that Deb’s beautiful cozy studio would not only give me wellness but all of the other gifts that I mentioned.   I was new to the Cape and I needed all of the things Yoga of Yarmouthport gave me. The most important one was probably a new home!  Come visit!  I know you too will get what you need!

Luv u Deb."

"Where does one start? I was looking to deepen my yin/restore practice and YofY was recommended to me. I started attending classes with instructor Rebecca Standish and I was hooked! I head over there twice a week, no matter what’s happening around me!

At the studio, you can find a warm cup of tea and equally warm hugs, the space is peaceful, calm yet social- if you choose, but if you just want to hit your mat, feel free. It’s your practice, take what works for you. One of my favorite things about the studio is the props, you have your neck pillows, your ankle bolsters, regular - beautifully designed bolsters, blankets and oh don’t forget the weighted blankets- amazing!!

The love that owner Deb Mareb has for her clients and her space is felt the minute you walk in, while you are in class and you take that feeling when you leave!!

I knew this space was special from the first moment I walked in"

“I knew this space was special from the first moment I walked in. A boutique, historical studio, the fireplace, large windows and wide-plank hardwood floors just spoke to me. But the real gem, is Deb Mareb, the owner herself and the happy vibe she has created. She’s embracing to an extent I’ve never felt in any other studio.  You’ll find everything from a relaxing yin class to a challenging bar class and everything in between here.  So go take a class.  If that’s all you want, you won’t be disappointed. But don’t be surprised if you end up staying for tea, or a chat, or a walk with Deb, her students and her black lab, Rocky along Cape Cod bay and making a few friends for life."
